Nobody stops there, I saw maybe four cars in total in half an hour. Walking there is possible, but it involves a lot of walking across fields and you have to jump about 2.5m from the bridge that passes over the highway. Luckily got a ride from the second truck driver I asked, I suggest you take literally any ride that will get you out of there.―Anonymous

Maybe I just got lucky but I was immediately picked up with my sign saying Troyes. I believe most traffic is leaving the city and only really to go east, so super easy to go to Troyes from here―Anonymous

Many people heading for Metz, we got a lift to Troyes after around 30 minutes. Lots of English people heading south east for skiing holidays but often don't have room due to equipment!―Anonymous

Not much traffic, they slow down for the toll booth. There's plenty of room to stop. Waited 4 1/2 hours in the rain, 2 cars stopped for us, but where going in the other direction. After that no one stopped for hours. Gave up and walked to Troyes.
